Over the years, his hands-on approach has built a knowledgable team well-versed in corporate and social events. From design elements to installation troubleshooting, his creative ingenuity has grown Fabrication Events into a well- respected industry partner.

From hands-on installation to sales and production, a focus in corporate and government events has kept Phil in the event industry for over 10 years. A small break from events from 2020-2022 made him realize he couldn’t stay away from the challenging excitement of the live events. When away from work, he spends his time with his four kids running around at the park.

Between flowers and events, Amanda has bounced around the industry for about eight years. Coming from an art and art historical background, her creative flair and attention to detail will ensure all the magical elements you envision for your event will come to life! When away from the design desk, you can be sure to find her enjoying the local craft brew scene.

Since joining the Fabrication Events team in 2019, she has been a part of a wide variety of events, from weddings and galas to conferences and expos. With a decades-long background in art and client relations, she believes that attention to detail is key to creating the perfect event – her goal is to use her experience to complement your event with the perfect décor in draping, staging, dance floors and more! When not at work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 rescue cats.

With a background in traveling theatre, Victoria’s passion for live events helps create each occasion into its own theatrical performance! Themed events and creative looks drive her energetic design aesthetic. From small-scale to grandiose affairs, she is sure to create the perfect look that encapsulates your vision.

Cody has been a part of the event industry in some capacity for over a decade, but recently joined our team in February 2023. Whether corporate or social, large-scale or intimate, Cody prides himself on making your event his. Outside of events, you can find Cody fanatically rooting for the O’s, Ravens, and WVU Mountaineers, and hiking with his dog, Lucy.

With 13 years of event experience, Greg knows how to keep our ship running smoothly. From coordinating the crews to overseeing new fabrications, all those little behind-the-scenes details that make an event shine are properly taken care of. When he isn’t wrangling the troops, you can find him scoping out the local drag racing scene!

No one knows where we have stashed 20+ years worth of inventory more than Eric. With ten years under his belt with the company and eyes on everything, Eric is our go-to man for every intricate bar set, custom stage element, and that specific piece of hardware that only gets used once a year. When not immersed in the insane daily details of each event, he spends his time back in Ghana with his family.

As the renowned head of our sewing department, India puts the “fabric” in Fabrication Events. Since joining the company in 2016, India has grown her department of seamstresses into a phenomenal team, with hands on every linear foot of custom drape and fabric related items created for countless events. With a background in bridal sewing and theatre, she knows the importance of pace and variety in this constantly changing environment.
Fulfillment/Inventory Specialist
David Koloroutis
David (or Dave) has been with Fabrication Events since he moved to Maryland in 2021. Originally from Killeen, Texas, Dave started off as a lead installer and has now moved to Inventory Fulfillment, making sure the correct gear goes out on every job and. When he’s not working, he’s running a DND campaign for friends across the country and recording new music to release.

Morgan Ehler
As the dedicated assistant to Fabrication Events’ dynamic sales team, Morgan takes pride in using her organizational skills to support the team’s success. She is new to the events industry, but excited to be a part of such a lively and exciting work environment. When not working, Morgan can usually be found relaxing with her cat, Archie, listening to true crime podcasts, or visiting one of Annapolis’ many local restaurants.
